Conditions applicable to cancellations and refunds according to organisers, federations and responsible entities.

1. General Information

2. About Add On Sport and its role as technological intermediary

Add On Dev Solutions S.L. (Add On Sport) acts exclusively as a technological intermediary, providing a platform to facilitate payments, registrations, procedures and administrative tasks.

Add On Sport does not organise sports events, does not issue federation licences and does not set the cancellation, return or refund policies of the services offered by third parties.

Therefore, there is no single general returns policy applicable to all payments: the conditions depend on the entity responsible for the service (organiser, federation or issuing body).

3. Registrations for sports events

The cancellation and refund conditions of a registration for a sports event are established exclusively by the event organiser.

Add On Sport does not decide or guarantee percentages, deadlines or refund criteria, since the refund, if applicable, is the responsibility of the organiser according to its regulations and particular conditions.

Before completing a registration, the user must review the specific conditions published for that event.

4. Federation licences

Federation licences are issued and regulated by the competent federation or body. Any return, modification or cancellation policy will be that established by that entity.

Add On Sport does not have the capacity to cancel, modify or refund licences once requested, except in cases of technical error attributable to the platform that has prevented or altered the processing.

5. Services associated with collaborating entities

Some services available on the platform may be provided by third parties (sports entities, federations, clubs or other organisations).

In these cases, the applicable policy will be that of the entity providing the service. Add On Sport acts as a platform for technological processing and management.

6. Cancellation of events or services

If an event or service is cancelled by the organiser or the responsible entity, the user must follow the conditions indicated by that entity.

Add On Sport may provide information available on the platform or help channel communications, but does not assume the obligation to refund, unless expressly indicated by the organiser or issuing entity.

7. Procedure to request cancellations or refunds

Cancellation and/or refund requests must be made directly to the federation, event organiser or entity responsible for providing the service, in accordance with their particular conditions.

Add On Sport does not handle returns or process refunds, as it acts solely as an intermediary technology platform.

However, Add On Sport can offer technical support in the event of incidents related to the payment process or the use of the platform, but cannot authorise or execute refunds.

  1. Contact the organiser/federation through the official channels indicated on the event or procedure page.
  2. Attach the payment receipt and the required identifying information (name, ID/passport, licence or registration number, etc.).
  3. The resolution of the request and, where applicable, the refund of the amount will depend exclusively on the organiser/federation according to its regulations.

8. Special cases

If there is a technical error attributable to the platform (for example, duplicate charge or failure in the payment process), Add On Sport will analyse the case and, if appropriate, carry out the necessary technical actions for its resolution.
