In compliance with the duty of information established in Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), it is stated that this website is owned by Add On Dev Solutions S.L., with tax ID B22654610, registered office at Calle Espronceda, Num 2, Planta 1, Puerta C, 21001 Huelva (Huelva), registered on sheet H-00029947 of the Commercial Registry of Huelva and with IRUS electronic file 1000453930356.

2. Purpose

These General Terms of Use govern the access, navigation and use of the website addonsport.com and of the services offered through it.

Access to and use of the website confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

3. Add On Sport's role as technological intermediary

Add On Sport is a technology platform intended to facilitate the management of registrations, federation licences and other procedures or services related to the sports field.

Add On Sport acts exclusively as a technological intermediary and does not have the status of event organiser, licence issuer or material provider of the sports or federation services.

The final services are provided, regulated and managed by third parties (for example: event organisers, federations, clubs or other collaborating entities), which establish their own rules, conditions, deadlines and requirements.

4. Access and Use of the Website

Access to the website is free of charge, without prejudice to the fact that certain services are subject to the payment of amounts established by the corresponding organiser, federation or issuing entity.

The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the website and its content, avoiding unlawful activities or those contrary to good faith and the legal order.

5. Services offered

Through the Add On Sport platform, technological services aimed at the sports sector are offered, among others:

Tools for managing members and sports licences.
Online registrations for sports events.
Timing systems and results publishing.
Custom technological solutions.

The user understands and accepts that the specific conditions of each registration, licence or procedure depend on the corresponding organising or issuing entity.

6. Payments and transaction processing

Payments made through the platform are carried out via an external payment service provider.

Add On Dev Solutions S.L. (Add On Sport) does not provide payment services, does not act as a financial institution, does not manage the safekeeping of funds and does not settle transactions.

The payment operation (including the processing, safekeeping and settlement of funds) is provided by Paymatico.

Paymatico is a payment service provider that offers financial and technological services through the group's companies and its network of partners.

In particular, Paymatico Payment Institution S.L. is a payment institution authorised and supervised by the Bank of Spain under entity number 6861, and is responsible for the safekeeping and settlement of funds.

7. User obligations

The user undertakes to:

Make lawful use of the website and the services offered.
Not carry out actions that may damage, disable or impair the platform.
Not attempt to access accounts or restricted areas without authorisation.
Provide truthful, up-to-date and accurate information in forms and registration processes.
Keep their access credentials confidential.

8. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Add On Sport does not have a general returns policy, as the conditions for cancellation, return and refund depend in all cases on the regulations and conditions established by the event organiser, the federation or the corresponding issuing entity.

Any return or refund request must be made by the user directly to the organiser, federation or entity responsible for the service.

Add On Sport may offer technical support or information relating to the technological processing, but does not have the capacity to authorise, execute or guarantee refunds.

9. Intellectual property

All the content of the website, including texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, software, graphic design and source code, is owned by Add On Dev Solutions S.L. or by third-party licensors, and no exploitation rights are deemed to be assigned to the user beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the site.

10. Service availability

Add On Dev Solutions S.L. does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the services, and is exempt from any liability for damages arising from the lack of availability due to force majeure or incidents beyond its control.

11. Limitation of liability

Add On Dev Solutions S.L. shall not be liable for damages arising from the improper use of the website, nor for incidents attributable to third parties such as organisers, federations, clubs or issuing bodies, nor for the decisions they make regarding registrations, licences, refunds, cancellations or the actual provision of the service.

12. Modifications

Add On Dev Solutions S.L. reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the content of the website and these Terms of Use. Modifications will be published on the website and will apply from their publication.

13. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Huelva, unless the applicable law establishes another mandatory jurisdiction.
